I was reading on car and driver that it's expected to stay within the $50k range. Last year model raptor went for $51k.

I'd say expect $55K, benchmark being the S550 Mustang and its HOST of improvements... and Ecoboost engines cost more... especially the performance 3.5 which isn't amortised like the sixtwo was...

I am hoping... fully optioned out SCREW I am expecting to pay in the mid to upper $60's... the 6 2014 Raptors in my area are being price gouged at $62-68k. Some fully loaded, others not.

even this late into the production run they're still being marked up? High demand or what???

Yea. Not sure why my area has so many... probably because it is an expensive area and BMW is the equivalent of a Civic around here. Everyone has one. (Not me.. no thanks.) I challenged the dealership about it and they said they had a guy from Ohio 2 weeks prior come out to get one, and a month before that another guy from Georgia. (I am in VA).

Used ones are being sold at new MSRP. I believe it is because there are no new ones until 2017. Even my FJ is like this. They stopped making them and people are selling 2010's for what they bought it for.

They're luck that they have the right 'recipe' of things going on externally that help their own bottom line here.
