The new Raptor is supposed to have a 4 inch exhaust and true duals.
Who here thinks the sound will be deeper and angrier than a regular EB F150?
haha when i got my 2013 EB i was amazed at the fact that you simply cannot hear the engine. even driving around. you can leave it idling in a parking lot and nobody will know it is running. i converted to a raptor and almost blew it up when the traction control disengaged the torque converter in the dirt when the wheels spun (millisecond) and i had the throttle pinned and didnt hear the engine. i was glad i looked down at the tach and saw 6200 on the needle and lifted the pedal. . i modified the exhaust shortly thereafter. it had 2.5" stock pipes. now it has 3" full race y pipe and a bola 16" S-type turbo can. sounds deep and bitchin when on the gas, yet quiet on the highway. Everyone is telling me "no restriction after turbos is best" until the next guy says "nothing bigger than 3" after turbos"... there's lots of opinions. One of them in high debate is back pressure for turbos good vs. bad. but if FORD is doing 4" dual?! huh huh huh, i agree with the dude who said "indicative of maybe 500hp". again- jealous.
