Exclamation 2016 Ford Raptor: What Do You Dislike/Like About It?

While there are MANY things to love about the all-new 2016 Ford Raptor, along with stating those below, what do you dislike about it?

To start, although i'm well aware of what 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 is capable of, i'll be missing the V8 rumble from the outgoing 6.2L V8.

but is that really a dislike or more of a lament?

I actually dislike the styling of the new F150 in general. The Raptor does redeem some missing points in my book, but then again I'm not interested in the truck for how it looks...

Lol I guess you can see lament.

Interesting. I love it's new styling, its taken on more of a bold look which is what I like, a nice transition from the first generation model:

I am a fan of the styling of the Ford Raptor. I don't mind getting rid of the V8 too. Sure the rumble is kinda fun, but as long as it is capable and its giving me good efficiency, I'm happy.
siezn and ADDJake like this.

yup, the v8 will be missed for it's v8 qualities but my much bigger concern is power output which ford did well with delivering again with the V6 powerplant... i'm happy

It seems like V8s and V12s are falling out of fashion because you can get better results from smaller engines now. There are those who just like the idea of having a big engine though.

Favorite part of the Raptor design-wise is the headlights. They are nicely done.

Not so sure about the grille. I can't decide if I like it yet or not.

What are 'better' results thought? The adage theres no replacement for displacement rings true becasue... well it is true....

V8's and 12's aren't falling out of 'fashion' they're being systemically phased out by regulation. Put a gun to my head and call it choice... sure...

v12's.... said no one ever on this forum. v12's don't fall out of fashion, they have their place.

but enough of that, v12 discussion has no place on this forum.
