One way to go about it if you really want what they have is to do your research and know what you're getting into. Odds are they will have some people who will jump on board right away giving us some time to observe what its like in the hands of owners. The closer those first owners live to Hennessy the better, often those owners are better taken care of

| Jeff | Hennessy Performance has too many claims and what not against them for me to trust them. Just not worth it at all. I'd rather spend extra money and get someone like UGR or somebody on board. It'll cost more because they don't typically tune platforms like that but it'll be pretty darn bulletproof and still packed with power. |

| siezn | A bit off topic but still related since its a Ford.... if Hennessy tunes the new Navigator then I will ditch the F150. Never needed a bed for anything worth while and never seen a full size SUV I liked, Lincoln has changed that now. |

600-HP VelociRaptor VS 2017 F-150 Raptor  Hennessey Performance may not be the most popular tuning house out there, but their upgraded Ford F-150 Raptor does crank out an impressive 605 hp and 622 pound-feet of torque. Now, it has been pitted against a stock 2017 F-150 Raptor in a drag race. Unveiled in March, the VelociRaptor’s upgraded 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine can rocket the pickup from zero-to-60 mph in just 4.2 seconds and easily eat up a 1/4 mile in 12.9 seconds. Impressive for something that has a curb weight of 5696 lb from factory and it could possibly weigh more with the added stainless steel exhaust system, high-flow air induction system, etc. Though it doesn’t compare to what the VelociRaptor can produce, the factory F-150 Raptor has an output of 450 hp at 5000 rpm and 510 lb-ft at 3500 rpm. A tad slower, the Raptor can go from zero-to-60 mph in 5 seconds. A paved stretch of tarmac may not be the ideal place for a Raptor to show off its capabilities, but it does provide us with a glimpse of what an additional 155 hp looks like. In a quarter mile race at full throttle, the VelociRaptor pulls ahead by around eight-truck lengths. |
